Who do we work with?

We work with businesses and organizations throughout the Spokane region – including Catholic Charities, East Spokane Business Association, Goodale & Barbieri, Habitat for Humanity, City of Spokane, City of Spokane Valley, SDS Realty, and SNAP – as well as local developers, churches, and private individuals. We’re happy to provide references.

How big is our team?

With 40+ crew members available to work on any given day and 70+ workers on our payroll, our team has the size and flexibility to start and complete projects quickly. We’re ready to add projects and worksites, as we currently have a waitlist of people wanting to join our team.

Who manages the projects?

All projects are overseen by on-site supervisors who have extensive experience in construction and real estate. As a licensed general contractor, we are bonded and insured for your protection. Our crews are trained and prepared to work on-site, and we provide the tools and personal protective equipment (PPE) they need to do the job safely, on-time, and within budget.

What's our goal?

Low-income housing requires an income, and to have an income you have to have a job. We set out to remove barriers to work; to meet people where they're at. So they can gain sustainable access to their independence. Our goal is to create jobs!

How much do we charge?

Dignified Workday offers competitive and affordable rates. Before starting any project, we provide a cost estimate and timeline based on the scope of the work, and all proceeds are directly reinvested in our program.

What do we provide?

We provide access to work clothing, bus passes, vehicles (work transportation), and lunches. All items we see day to day that become barriers to work, we set out to remove.

How can you hire us?
