Harold Vanderpool, director of operations
Harold joined our team in 2024. After working in software development for 25 years, he was ready for a new career — one where he could make a greater impact in the community. At Dignified Workday, he manages all work projects and oversees business development and employee training.
Harold holds a bachelor’s degree in physics from Colorado College and brings 15 years of experience in construction to our team. He also contributes strong organizational and leadership skills, thanks to his past roles as a manager and director in software development. The Scoutmaster and former wilderness leader enjoys teaching others new skills and isn’t afraid to get his hands dirty.
A longtime resident of Spokane’s East Central Neighborhood, Harold is deeply committed to serving his community through neighborhood governance. Outside of work, he enjoys time with his wife and two sons, and heading to the woods for backpacking, canoeing, and mountain biking.
