Dignified Workday approaches our shared challenges with a fresh lens.
Location.
Our HQ is located in Downtown Spokane, in an area known to have some of the most visible challenges. Why? Because we know that in order to address an issue properly, you must tackle it head on.
We partner with a workforce organization.
Our program is administered by Career Path Services, an employment and human services organization based in Spokane for over 50 years. Each year, Career Path Services helps thousands of job seekers across Washington State.
Our goal is to be a self-sustaining program.
Today, most of our costs are offset by what we charge for our labor, but we still rely on private donations to cover the costs of benefits and support for our workers, including work clothes and daily lunches.

“We’re providing a service that’s needed, and we’re offering it at a good price. Our crews do an excellent job, and the people we’re working for are continually astonished at what our workers produce.”
